jrfireball @aliciabrooks733 that really depends on the brand name. Old Navy XL fits well as does a Victoria's Secret XL. but for Fashion Nova I need a 1X or 2X depending on item. I am a 42DD in Cacique or 40DD in VS. Most of the time if the measurements are 42-34-42 it will fit.
