Long-sleeve dress with shoulder embellishments

Beautiful and very Unique long-sleeve dress with gorgeous shoulder embellishments and open back cut-outs. Size small. Material is fairly stretchy so would think it would fit those on both the larger and smaller ends of size small. Purchased at a small store in Brooklyn and only worn a handful of times. Great condition.
