dreamsoftibet @felinelady Shoulder to the bottom of the shirt measures 29 inches. Armpits to the bottom measures 19.5 inches. The sleeves are 24 inches, which sleeves are generally longer because they are meant to roll up a little bit in the Nepali style.

dreamsoftibet @stylegame Hi there. They do not come in small. However, the sizes do typically run small. So a medium-sized shirt would likely fit a person who would wear a small. The arm length would be the only concern, as these shirts tend to have longer arms, but that is the style because most people roll the sleeves up a little anyway. Hope that this helps.
