Long-sleeved mini dress with criss-cross back detail

Dry clean only. Purchased from Francesca’s in 2017 or 2018. Skirt is fully lined; both shell and lining are 100% polyester. Skirt is 20 inches from waist to hem and sleeves are 23 inches from shoulder to wrist. The color is a beautiful green between teal and mint.
