NWOT Loop 18 sleeveless tunic. Empire waist. Mid-thigh length. Elastic waist, nude under layer. Size 21/23. Measurements: Armpit to armpit: 24 in. Waist (unstretched): 20.5 in Waist (stretched): 25 in. Length (from center neckline): 31 in. Has small loops at the waist for a string, but I cannot locate it. Not noticeable when worn.
