Loose fitting plaid blue and black dress from Hint of Mint.

Loose fitting mini dress with a plaid, blue and black pattern with puffed shoulder sleeves. Size medium and is comfortable but dressy. Made completely of Rayon and has only been worn a few times with no stains, tears and/or wholes.
