Loose flowy shorts

NWOT these lightweight loose flowy shorts come in a size 8X from Temu but are equivalent to an American 26/28. and they are a beautiful heather gray color . the waistband is 2 in thick and does not fold over and pretty much the string is for show it does not adjust the waist other than the elastic. these are a nice lightweight material and lying flat side to side is 23 in and the length is 19 in.
