Loose toile cotton crop blouse

Perfect for the coming warmer weather. Can be worn over the shoulder or at the shoulder. This is a new top without tags. Sadly, I cut the tags before my daughter returned from college to try it on. It is fully lined. Beautiful fabric. Dimensions: Shoulder to shoulder (unstretched) 15", L - 14". When worn at the shoulder it has a gentle scoop neck and back.
