Use a flexible measuring tape and measure around your head from your forehead, just above your eyebrow and keeping the tape about an inch above your ears. If you don't have a flexible measuring tape use a piece of string. Take the length of string and wrap around your head until you meet back at the starting point. Hold the end point and then measure the length of string with a ruler. Hats can be resized smaller using hat reducer tape.
