Lord & Taylor Petite City Dress

Pre-owned This dress still has the tags attached. I can't say it's brand new, I think it was tried on several times, but obviously who ever ended up with it never wore it. It's a cute little sheath dress with a beautiful clover stitching on the bottom. You can see the tailoring. The dress is straight and comes to just above the knee depending on your height.
