Lord & Taylor tie front blouse

EUC Lord & Taylor tie front blouse! 3/4 length notched sleeves, with a v-neckline that has tie details. Super cute to dress up or down, and would be great for a bridal shower for a more modern style. I don’t think my mom ever wore this, but now it doesn’t fit her. No flaws! Has a good amount of stretch to it.
