Lord and Taylor 100% wool navy blue midi dress made in Italy size small vintage

Lord and Taylor 100% wool navy blue midi dress made in Italy size small. This vintage dress is in nearly perfect condition. Short sleeves heavy weight but soft wool- dark blue, zips up the front and buttons at the collar. There’s a tag sign into the bottom it looks like it might say size 10 but it’s definitely too small for me and I wear a size 10 I would estimate it at about a size 6.
