Lord and Taylor pencil/trumpet skirt with velvet bow

What a fun little kicky skirt. The Tiffany blue black, white and gray tweed and the pencil shaped giving it a very business feel and then that lovely little velvet bow, bringing up the trumpet ruffle and the fringed edge of the bottom. Fully lined in an excellent condition. Back zipper.
