mpnyc2023 Hello, the tags in this jacket are from Loro Piana garments produce more than 7-10 years ago. That is why I asked, the jacket while maybe unworn is not "new", hence I asked when it was purchased. Do you have the original receipt?

mpnyc2023 I received the item yesterday, unfortunately the zipper guard on the bottom is heavily worn and makes it very difficult to zip the jacket as it gets caught in the zipper. I called the Loro Piana boutique and since I do not have proof of purchase they will not service it. They gave me a company that services their zippers and they quoted $275 for labor plus $75 for a new zipper. Please advise...
