Loro Piana cashmere and silk dress trousers, size 42 Italian (6 US)

Beautiful cashmere and silk women’s trousers, size 6. In amazing used condition - retail for over $800!! CALLOUT: The button on the waist was moved by the prior owner to make the waist more snug...it would need to be moved back to its original place if the waist is too tight.
