The stitching g in the interior slit if the coat has come slightly loose, but easily repairable. Pockets are lined with signature Loro Piana yellow velvet.

@tglegal here are the measurements you requested. Coat length from top of shoulder to hem is 39”.
Shoulder width (seam to seam) is 16”.
Outer sleeve length from shoulder seam to cuff is 24”.
Waist is 16-1/2”
I have added some more photos for you to see. I did notice in the interior slit of the coat the stitching has come loose, but easily repairable. Other detail is the inside of the pockets always have the signature Loro Piana yellow velvet lining.
