This very cute size 2 polka-dot long-sleeve dress has an elastic waist and a flippy skirt. It is versatile enough to go from the office to a party. There is a tie at the v-neckline and ties at the wrists. The lightweight fabric is 100% Viscose. The garment should be cold water washed and hung to dry. It is in excellent condition and from a smoke-free environment. The necklace shown is not included.
