Lost a sale because Poshmark Customer Service wouldn’t help me

I was in the mist of selling a pair of Golden Goose sneakers when Hurricane Ian hit. I was without power for days. I was in contact with the Buyer after it was over. She asked for the shoes to be mailed so she could have them for a special occasion. I knew using the Poshmark label wouldn’t get them to her in time, so I sent them via UPS. Not knowing the completion of the sale was tied to the label. I sent multiple messages to Poshmark, including the UPS label. All they did is send me canned messages. So please learn from my $240 mistake.
