Lot of 2 Vtg Russian Legends Collection Porcelain Plates 8 and 9 with Box & COA

Lot of 2 vintage Russian Legends Collection Limited-Edition Porcelain Plates with original boxes and COA's. "The Stone Flower" is the eighth plate in the Russian Legends collection, the first series of limited-edition porcelain plates created in Russia, and was inspired by a folk tale from the Ural Mountains. " Sadko" is the ninth plate in the Russian Legends collection, and is based on a wondrous singer from the city of Novgorod. No chips or cracks to the plates, and in very good pre-owned condition. Each COA is in Russian. The plates also come with pamphlets telling the story/inspiration depicted on them, one in English and one in Russian. These papers have some yellowing and bends/folds due to age and being stored in the boxes under the plates. Some condition issues to the boxes from age and from storage. One box has a couple of white labels on it which is covering some pen marking. These were purchased in 1990, I displayed them for a few years, but mostly they've been stored in their boxes.
