I was feeling very Bubbles from PPG... Listing is for both items, both are NWT. I bought these because I love the powder blue color and the sweet daisy/ flower prints, but I just never wore them & now I can't take them back. The dress is a really soft microfiber material with a square neck/ sweetheart neckline & puff sleeves. Bonus - it's double lined at the bust The vest is a soft close knit sweater material that would be perfect worn as a crop top in warmer weather.
