This beautiful piece was purchased at the very renowned Merrie Monarch Craft fair. The entire piece was hand sewn throughout by one of the talented vendors, Lotus & Lime. Brand New, never worn. Unfortunately not all craft fair pieces Has tags. Another outfit that is versatile, and may dress up or down.
