Wide smocked elastic waistband provides a custom fit that can be high or low. Elastic cuffs allow you to wear them as high or low as you like .. ankle or knee. Loose fit in the legs. There is some piling on these, mostly in the inner thigh / groin area. Still in good pre-owned condition with life left. I have multiple pairs that I wear lounging around the house, gardening, or just being outdoors when I want protection from the sun.
