Lou & Gray Acid washed jeans..almost white

New without tags, but there are two small stains. They MAY come out, but I’ve never worn or washed the jeans. The one on the ankle can be covered with rolling them. The other is on the back near the calve. It looks like it may be rust? Please see pictures.
