Lou & Grey Velvet Dress Navy Blue Sz XS

Lou & Grey velvet dress. Color is hard to photograph with my lighting and is a beautiful midnight blue. Racer-back style with a loose fit. Slightly shorter hem in front. Measures approx. 17.25” across busy below pit and the waist is free and flows out to hem. Excellent pre-owned condition, only wore this dress once and no signs of wear.
