Louis Garneau Cycling Shorts & Padded Liner - 38 waist. They do fit small (more like a size 36). I did cut off the size tags when I bought them because they were unnecessarily long. The liner snaps into the shell with some little tabs at the waist. The shell is a snap closure with cinch tabs on the hip to tighten the waist much like a belt so no drawstring or belt loops. The design avoids seams on the seat to reduce friction as you ride a bike. Inseam is 10 inches.
