I am not sure what you mean by the "rubbing in center" The zipper doesn't lay correct because it was in a closet prior to taking the picture. The bag is used.

The zipper works as designed. I am not sure what you mean by "pulls in center". As I mentioned before, the picture was taken when the bag was removed from closet so its possible that it is just from laying in the closet that it looks that way.
