Great work tote. Straps and base do have broken look but, IMO, speaks to the wear that only genuine leather would have. Gorgeous bag that I got a ton of use out of! Hesitating to part with because very few totes hold this much AND have a zipper. I do not have original LV storage bag. This bag is now considered retired/vintage LV. Current listing on other consignment sites ranges from $1150-$1650

eyedocryan @mary4wsrd there is a little staining on the inside and a watermark on the bottom outside leather. I would say good condition, but yes wear and tear stains.
