Hi, did the front button break off? I'm having trouble telling why it looks different

@amandabokesch so the button is originally pink, like the wallet but the material came off. The same thing happened to another wallet I have from LV that had a magenta button.
It really is poor quality of them and if you take it to the store and say the wallet was a gift they might fix it for free.
