Minor cracks that do not go through-the leather is very sturdy. The leather on the buckle closure feels worn, but is sturdy. Interior is in good condition with minor scuffs/scratches. I do not detect a vintage odor, but it smells like Lexol conditioner, which was gently used to clean the bag.
