Louis Vuitton Croissant PM. 🇫🇷 Made in France. Date code: SP0043 This is a beautiful pre-loved bag with thick canvas and lovely shape. I’m amazed at how “fluffy” this Croissant is! Canvas is in excellent condition. No cracking or peeling. The vachetta leather strap is in overall good condition with a nice patina. There are watermarks, scratches and the area where the buckle has been fastened has left a dark mark and a crease. The strap is strong and I don’t see or feel any weakness at the chaps. I did a light cleaning with saddle soap and the dark mark improved — I believe that a person with more cleaning knowledge and experience could make it look better. Note: I am 5’10 and a size 16 and this length has worked well for me. It came to me buckled in this spot and I’ve left it there. The brass buckle looks great — scratches but it’s shiny. The leather piping looks great with very minor rubs/wear/darkening. Really pretty. The red Alcantara lining looks good — it’s obviously not brand new but looks clean except for an ink stain. No odor. The zipper looks great! Bright and clean. The zipper works fine and runs smooth, but due to the shape of the bag, you need to hold the bag with one hand while pulling the zipper with the other. It’s like zipping across a bumpy road — it is not like zipping a brand new, straight-across bag with no curves. See photo of the curvy zipper! The zipper pull tab shows wear/tarnish.
