lindseyhausman Hi! I’m interested in buying this clutch, but have one question. Do you know what caused the strap to have an odd shape? Is it damaged?

courtlambxo @lindseyhausman hi so the bag it came with & wristlet were both purchased online not in the store and both arrived in the box with the straps of the bag & when it was folded there was fold marks and the wristlet was the same had fold creases from they way they had it in the box I’ve had this problem with previous bags purchased online from Louis Vuitton they don’t pack well and stuff the bags unfortunately so I just never did anything

courtlambxo @lindseyhausman no problem It corrected with the bag once I used it regularly so I would assume with use it’ll fix but I really never used the wristlet so that could be why
