There is a hardware protector from HavreDeluxe on the metal clasp to minimize scratches and I have an extra protector that I can include with the purchase. Comes with box but no dustbag. Wear and Tear: Minor scratches on hardware, small mark near interior zipper, interior zipper/pull tab has very slight tarnishing, small marks near where chain attaches, very slight front corner wear. All wear and tear is pictured. Bag overall is in incredible condition besides those small and unnoticeable marks. The bag has kept its structured shape beautifully and has held up amazing!
