mbeverly52 If ever there is a need for repair, Louis Vuitton charges unless 1) one is the original purchaser 2) has the receipt. That is why I was inquiring. Not saying it will happen, but I did have a zipper repair at no charge because I was the original purchaser. Is there any way of getting a copy of the receipt? Thanks

shopall12 @@mbeverly52 I just got the bumpers repaired and wheels on luggage, and I was not the original owner. And had zero issues. However I totally understand if you feel better purchasing something with a receipt. I've purchased several without. And some straight from the store. Thanks

mbeverly52 So, you were not charged a fee? I sold a Louis Vuitton to a lady and she wanted the handles replaced on a Trivoli. She didn’t like the Patina. Louis Vuitton quoted her $800.00. Since she was not the original owner and no receipt. That is good to know though, or either it is where one goes for repairs. Thanks
