This Neverfull is so goo!! Her handles are great. Side drawstrings are in GREAT shape. The inside is perfect. The ONLY callout is the bottom. There is some rubbing and fraying around the bottom. This is due to the denim nature of the bag and just simply setting down repeatedly on surfaces. It is not noticable when using and everything else is in such good condition!!
