fendimom @lookflyyy hummm🤔 that’s a tricky one.😬😂 well if your young & used to wearing heels, then not bad. If your older & had foot surgery, there good for a few hrs.😂 I just put inserts in my shoes now. I hope that helps.😊

fendimom @mrbirchler hi” theses are true to size for Europe, ( a size up for US) So if your a 8 1/2 in US, you would be a 9 1/2 in EURO. I hope that makes since. I always buy them a little bigger for thick socks or insert. And I believe they are 4”. I will double check when I get home.
