This is an authentic Louis Vuitton Monogram Palermo GM. The dust bag is included. This bag is in good used condition! This stylish tote is crafted of monogram coated canvas with leather trim and adjustable, removable shoulder straps with gold -tone hardware. The top zipper opens to a cocoa brown fabric interior with patch pockets. There is an ink spot on one side of the shoulder strap (as shown in photo). Also, there are some small ink spots and small stains in the interior of the bag (as shown in the photo).
