Iconic vintage LV monogram Sac Plat. Date code MI884. Made in France, April, 1988. This bag was first released by LV in 1968 as a carry on that could fold flat and easily be stored in luggage. It makes a great school, work or shopping bag. Vachetta rolled handles for hand or elbow carry. Darkened patina on handles with superficial cracks. Hardware tarnished. Chape attachments strong. Interior made of beige vinyl-like Vuittonite fabric that is washable with water wipes. Vintage Sac Plats do not have a key ring or interior wall pockets. Light markings on interior. Several faint white marks on canvas. Minimal corner wear. Vintage canvas sturdy overall with slight slouch at bottom. Sells brand new for $2570. This bag is over 30yrs old.
