happykarma @ericajady2919 Hello, the discoloration in the bottom of the bag is from normal extended wear. Rubbing from items like a large wallet, change, etc. there are also pen marks. I do not know if it can be removed. Perhaps with a professional cleaning. Thank you for inquiring 😊
