Authentic Louis Vuitton Neverfull GM purchased directly from LV boutique in San Diego. Very well used. Trim on top of bag is cracked, and handles are frayed (see pics) Interior of bag is very used. Interior zipper, side pulls and all hardware in great condition. When you wear the bag, the trim damage hides under your arm and covers a lot of the damage. Lots of love left in this. merks2012 Are you sure this is authentic? The lining looks different than the real ones that I've seen. It usually is only lines and not the little symbols. Just asking because this is a lot of it's not real and in used condition.

arianeh @merks2012 hi Merks, yes this is absolutely 100% authentic, Posh authenticates any purchases over $500. The design could possibly be different because this was purchased 5-6 years ago. I purchased directly from the Louis Vuitton boutique in San Diego at Fashion Valley mall. I absolutely do not condone fakes and would never sell nor own anything fake.

arianeh @merks2012 Hi again, if you want some additional peace of mind, search the Neverfull on Posh and look at different listings. You will notice the older Neverfull's indeed do have the lines with the LV symbols mixed in as well. Also take a look at some of my old listings already sold, you will see I always sell authentic.

arianeh @gracekev1 No problem, ask any questions. I've only had to pay for the repair on a speedy once which cost me around $150. I'm sure it is different pricing depending on the bag. This bag has never been repaired in anyway so I wouldn't be able to give you an accurate number.

tweedledee2 @arianeh awesome! Thanks so much! So apart from the trim cracking, there is overall minimal damage? Are the handles themself still attached well. I know that louis vuitton won't fix the cracking since most likely the canvas underneath cracked with it. My other neverfull is cracked too but it still functions perfectly fine.

arianeh @tweedledee2 yes, it functions perfectly fine. Sounds like your bag is in the same condition as mine. I just tested the handles and tugged on them lol they are very secured onto the bag. There is cracked canvas next to the handles but very secure.

arianeh @tweedledee2 check out another pic I added to that other listing showing detail of the canvas next to the handle. Cracking doesn't go under the handle, just beside it. Handles are still sewn on great, I can snap a pic of that too to show the seams still attached from inside the bag if you would like!

tweedledee2 @arianeh I love the neverfulls despite there flaws, which are much more common than I thought! Do you have any proof of authenticity? Sorry to ask so many questions. I love this bag but I have unfortunately been a victim to someone selling a fake bag labeled authentic. Definitely seems to be in the same well loved but still functional condition as my monogram mm!

arianeh @tweedledee2 I'm really sorry to hear that. I unfortunately don't have my receipt for this bag anymore. I moved last yr and can't find it. If I bump the price up $10 to $500 posh will authenticate for free. (Of course that's if you want to pay that price.) Check out my old listing of my speedy in my closet, that had the receipt with it. I don't sell nor condone fakes. I wish I had something to show you to help further ease your mind besides the fact that I'm an honest seller.

Love the fact it comes with a dust bag too. 😍 I don't think I can pay the $500 since I can't get it fixed by louis vuitton. I'm gonna do some research on fixing the canvas (to see if I could prevent future cracking). Definitely interested though. I wanted the GM so I could use it as a school bag and purse all in one. Lowest price you're willing to part with it?

It's been hard thinking of parting with it because it's so functional! I travel with it. This is pretty much the lowest I want to go on here because of fees. But the $400 on Merc would be a better option (for both of us!)

tweedledee2 @arianeh so I spent last night researching and reading forums about louis vuitton repairs, etc. There doesn't seem to be any repair for a cracked canvas or trim (if the underlying canvas is cracked too), so this highest I would be willing to go would be $300 since no repairs can be made. I totally understand that you want more and that isn't a high enough offer for you and I don't blame you since these bags are very expensive!

If you could post all photos of any cracked canvas (if there's more than just the two spots pictured in the second post) and a picture of the sides of the bag. Maybe a few more of the trim (closeup of the trim around the sides)? I'd really appreciate it! :)

arianeh @tweedledee2 awesome. Sure I can do that. There is the canvas rubbed away on the corners of the bottom of the bag per the pic, on two sides (I assume those corners were rubbing on my leg as I wore the bag) I can put pics up of side of bag and trim close-up when I'm off work later today!

tweedledee2 @arianeh thank you so much! One last question, are the straps coming apart at all? I know on the mm that I have now, the two pieces of leather making up the strap have stitches missing and part of it is separating.

arianeh @tweedledee2 of course. Yes, sorry should have been more specific about the strap fraying in the listing details. Not very much though. There's about an inch of strap pulling apart on one, and 1.5 to 2 inches on the other. Please see last post I put up with new pics of it.

tweedledee2 @arianeh Hello! So I just received my bag in the mail today! I have to say, you are a great seller and I appreciate all of the pics and information, but I am a little disappointed. There's a lot more cracking in the canvas that stemmed from the leather trim breaking apart than expected. The handle separation on one strap is also 6 1/2 inches instead of 2 inches. There is also a small hole through the canvas into the inside of the bag next to the strap. :/

tweedledee2 @arianeh I was thrilled with your quick responses and photos. My neverfull mm does have similar issues, so I wasn't too worried. I was aware of the cracking around the handles, but not around the trim and the strap separation is much more than described.

tweedledee2 @arianeh I'm worried about how long the bag will last before too many more stitches become loose or the hole grows in size. I'm not sure what to do to be honest. I don't have time to get to my LV store to see if/what they could do to fix any of the issues until thurs.

arianeh @tweedledee2 hmm... Okay. Well, I've never encountered this problem before myself. I would be willing to refund $50 off the price paid, but that's really my rock bottom offer. I do get your concerns. Not sure if it helps, but that bag is STURDY. It has traveled around the world and back, I wouldn't worry much about it falling apart. Let me know your thoughts. You do have two days to accept the purchase if you'd like to think about it?

I got into contact with Louis Vuitton and with the cracked canvas nothing leather on the bag can be repaired (which I assumed upon purchase), but with there being more damage it is unerving.
