This preloved bag is in great condition! All of the flaws can be seen in the pictures. The only notable flaws include: - The drawstrings have been removed and are not included. Currently, this bag features 3 unbranded floral charm chains where the original drawstrings had been. I will include the unbranded charms with purchase of the bag. - There are a couple of tiny marks on the shell, and the corners have some rubbing and a little exposed red. - The hardware is in great shape but does have some tiny scratches from use. Everything functions properly. - The leather trim is in beautiful condition with just a little bit of wear. There is a little scuffing on the sides of the strap. - The interior is very clean with just a few small marks here and there and a little general discoloration.
