psychicdina89 @cadydanell I haven't tried cleaning it too much. I've tried wiping with a damn cloth, but it does not come off. I think you're just fading. I think it's just what they do so I'm not sure about offers. The bag is like no on the outside the hardware everything depends what you offer me.

psychicdina89 @lisabarry292 I can provide measurements tomorrow. I'm not sure whatever the standard size of those straps are. It's the original strap that came with a bag and it is adjustable there's different holes so I'm 5"4 and it fits comfortably Crossbody.
