3systersluxe Hi! Great question. I use a seven step process that includes a full 24 hours inbetween each coat and a sealer to help prevent any of that. With that said, anything is possible I suppose depending how hard someone is/isn’t on their bag ect. I send a complimentary small jar of touch up with every order, matching color, in the case of something happening.

3systersluxe @theresatulimero I also, try to do some field testing, myself. To help learn how to prevent any of that from happening. With these partial bags, I also offer a maintenance appointments. Where, if needed, you can send bag to me and have her cleaned up and an extreme discounted fee. Hope this help answer your question.
