NO alterations have been made that would prevent from still getting vachetta replaced.Straps have been covered with leather and straps underneath are still sturdy and strong with medium honey patina with darker patina in the middle. Side cinch straps were both broken and removed and replaced with braided sides. Vachetta trim on top does have imperfections. Interior is in good shape with minor pen No smell. Roses print is still vibrant!!
