The exterior is in very good condition. The corners have minimal rubbing. The glazing is still good. Only the gold button has faded in the middle. The inside is in good condition. One loose thread at one corner. Some pen marks and dirt marks on the flap. There are light rubbing and small marks in the pockets but no peeling and stickiness. Coin marks in the coin compartment.
