This is one of LouvinaSmiths old scam accounts. She went by the name Cynthia, then asked me to send Louboutins and money orders to "Ashley Black" in the Bronx, NY. She also used the account name "luxuryny" in the past to scam people. BEWARE. SCAMMER. Collect any information you have on her and take screenshots of her fake accounts when you see them! ⛔️SCAMMER⛔️

luxuryshared @ares55 in my case, the first p account she gave me was by somebody in Atlanta, then she said to send to her "mother" in Texas😤😤..... All her cronies😠 but I think we can zoom into her in New York because another Posher commented on my posts saying that she was in New York local news for scamming some brides out of their bridal deposits! 😡... And another one said similar thing, I will tag you later when I go thru all the responses, so I think she is indeed in NY

ares55 @luxuryshared We need to collect the addresses that people send their items to, that's what the police will want to see to start knocking on doors. I have one from 1000 Trinity ave in the Bronx, it's a low income housing project.

ares55 @luxuryshared It is possible to file for interstate lawsuits, I've sued in other states a few times. It's tricky because this would be in small claims court and you would have to represent yourself, meaning you would need to come back for a hearing date. The easiest way to get her caught would be to collect all of this information and file a police report with the Bronx precinct closest to one of the addresses she gave. If we can get a match on the addresses then we have her.

I had p addresses of her "friends", But check out the above @ares55, she got an address in Bronx NY, hopefully we get a match with other trades, I'm going to NY next month I will file near Bronx.. I have her address and also spoke with her mom Ingrid black on the phone after I did some research to find their home phone number. Her mom told me that she would have a word with Ashleigh but later on started ignoring my calls. I live in Los Angeles and I'm in the process of filing a civil complaint against because I was scammed for over $5000 retail price worth items.

ares55 @mzbossy29 Her mom is most likely in on it. I would file a civil suit and serve them. You can appear here in NY and if she doesn't appear a warrant will be issued for her arrest, which is absolutely necessary at this point.
