Loved our pups! Bear was our chocolate Cocker, he was blind & deaf & we lost him 9/19/18. He was such a good boy...I’ll always miss him. Truman, our blond cocker spaniel was the spaz of the group! I got them both when they were pups!! Truman passed 8/29/19. Sam & Belix, black labs, joined me 11/2013 (came w/ hubby). We lost Belix, 14, 3/17/18. We lost Sam, 13, 7/23/18. Fred, our male Basset Hound, is 1 1/2, Lucy, our female Basset was born 8/25/19! See other listing for pics!

I've added a few more items to my closet, and getting ready to add more now. I've spent about three hours answering follows, etc. Wow, to do it right is like a full-time job. It's a good thing I don't work - lol - or this would NEVER get done.

hollyc777 @southerngal0724 Yep found a fridge, used but in great shape with warranty! They delivered this morning and I cleaned with Clorox and reloaded! Threw lots away, guess I should check expiration dates more often! $430 with delivery install and take away the old. He did save me $28 in tax by having me pay cash. Off to mail 2 pkgs. been a slow week. Needs to pick up after that purchase! I will check out your closet when I get back from errands! By then you should have even more!

hollyc777 @triggerpuller what kind of dog do you have? Have you tried allergy shots? My sister was very allergic, now she has 6 dogs and is a vet tech! The shots built up her immunity so she doesn't even need the shots anymore!

hollyc777 @ses54 Thanks!! I always comment on dogs too! LOL! Boxers are great! A lot of my family members have them! My daughter, who is 24, has one & he is definitely like her child!!! She's a great dog mom! My aunt has 2 and has had 2 litters of puppies (on purpose) from her female. Her male is fixed. My daughter's dog came from one of her litters! I would have 10 dogs if I could afford it & had more space! I tried to get a bulldog last week but my husband said no! Lol!

hollyc777 @patriciabonham1 Thank you! Unfortunately, tomorrow we have to put our Gordy down. He has not been well for quite a while, his body just giving out & we have done all we can but he can rarely get himself up off the floor now & I have to carry him outside to potty most of the time. It’s such a hard decision to make but the greatest act of love we can give him so he doesn’t suffer anymore. 😟

foreverfortyone Dog moms are the best. I am so sorry for your loss we have lost a few in the past and it still breaks my heart. We now have a shih tzu and a boxer/lab mix puppy. That warm my heart everyday.

sharapost I am so sorry for your losses. I lost my special needs heart dog 13 months ago and it still brings me to tears. We lost three within 6 months from old age and cancer. It about killed me! Thank you so much for rescuing and saving lives. Your family is beautiful!

5thavefinds I love my Black Lab “Lucky “ sooo much! I lost my mini pin “Pincess” in October 2016 and her sister “Sophia” this year in May. When I heard about Pincess, I fell to the ground and was rolling around in the gravel screaming. I couldn’t take it. Sophia, I sat in my car and cried for 3 hours. Both hit by cars. Now we have Lucky & I hope to adopt another Lab to keep her company 😇 Many Blessings to you for Loving animals.They need us!

hollyc777 @demoi100 Awww...Thank u so much for your kind words! I know there is no love like a dogs love!! Fred is our first Basset & we are hooked! Lol! I just told my husband last night, that when we lose Truman (our last senior dog, blond Cocker), I’m getting another Basset! We also lost Gordy, part Golden part Chow, last January! He was officially my sons dog but I had him for the last year & a half of his life. Losing 4 in a year was very hard!! I hope u find another Lab soon! Great dogs!!

hollyc777 @demoi100 when I moved to Florida 7 years ago, I had 3 cockers & a cat! My Molly (black & white Cocker) got Lymphoma at 5 yrs old & died 5 weeks later (Oct. 2015). I got remarried in April 2014 & my husband brought the 2 Labs w/ him. My cat hated the Labs! She eventually made a new home with my next door neighbors! Her choice! LOL! Older couple & they LOVED her! We had her for 10 yrs until she moved out! They had her 4 yrs. She just died Monday. They are heartbroken! 😟

5thavefinds @hollyc777 I drove three thousand miles in an old classic Mercedes (tank/boat) with my fiancé, 4 kids, 2 dogs and a cat! It was hilarious. You should have seen the reaction when we would stop at service stations... the cat would stretch completely out and relax a bit in front of a vacant gas pump, while kids and dogs would play tag! People thought that we were sooo funny 😆 it took us weeks! We had to stop very very often for potty and recreation breaks😝

hollyc777 @demoi100 It was the cat that moved out lol! When I moved here, I flew down the week before so I could fly the cat down, she hated cars! I left her at my sisters, then I drove 19 hours straight with my 3 dogs!! My blond Cocker had anxiety & sat up the WHOLE way! I even gave him Xanax! He wouldn’t potty when we stopped for gas either! He held it & never laid down! When we arrived he was so tired he kept almost falling asleep sitting up! Lol!

hollyc777 @demoi100 My vet was the one who told me to give him Xanax. Just don’t ever give a dog ibuprofen or Tylenol. That can kill them! They can have benedryl, Xanax, tramadol...that’s the human meds I know they can safely take. Have a Merry Christmas & catch up with me when you have time! 😃😃
