Love + Harmony dress with bell sleeves

This dress is stunning! About 6 inches of open back! Unfortunately, no size tag. Fits like an XS. I am 5' and wear a size 4/6 and it is too small for me. No flaws or signs of wear! Worn once to a wedding!
