The shoulders don't have much puff, might be able to adjust a little bit depending on where you place the wrist cuffs on your forearms. If you want puffier sleeves you could place them 3/4 of the way as well. Material of the main swath of the is soft but doesn't drape very much, so makes for a bit of a boxy look, on its way to kind of a felty (but not quite) material. pit to pit is 21" shoulder to hem is 24"
