Love Notes 3/4 sleeve button-down chambray w/ tie

Love Notes brand button-down shirt with tie on bottom. Size Medium, fits more like a small, though. 3/4 sleeves with buttons at wrist. I bought this item at a consignment store and never wore it. The shirt is in good used condition. No visible stains, marks, or tears. It could use ironing.
