nikkidahl @sunshinedarcy you are to sweet! I appreciate you saying that.. I am one that puts everything into something I commit to doing, a bit OCD, a bit or actually a huge perfectionist. I was kind of expecting it because after the 4th day, she was asking "where's my package" then she got a bit more aggressive day by day even though I was doing everything in my power to locate her package.

nikkidahl @sunshinedarcy I posted a pic of the receipt showing I shipped it the day after she purchased it with her city, state and zip listed, the email I sent reaching out to posh for answers and everyday I would go update what the tracking was showing.

nikkidahl @sunshinedarcy So I was very disappointed that my first bad rating in almost 4 years came from something completely out of my control. I reached out to her, explaining everything and that it wasn't fair for her to rate me poorly due to the holidays and/or usps and asked she consider changing her rating, of course she never replied. Oh well, I tried that's all I could do.
